Comment period on Public Participation Plan ends and adopt the plan within the next week depending on MTPO meeting schedule;

ü Friday, October 19^th 2007

Update plan document with new data and outputs from model and revise all plan documentation for submittal to TDOT for review;

ü Friday, November 9^th 2007

MTPO Travel Demand Model Approved for Use by TDOT

ü Tuesday, November 13^th 2007, revised draft sent to TDOT with response to comments.

ü Friday, December 7^th 2007

TDOT completes review of LRTP 2^nd Draft with minor comments. MTPO

ü Friday, December 14^th 2007

LRTP delivered to FHWA and FTA for review. (1 month review period).

1. Public Review Period - 1 month mandatory.

2. Adoption of LRTP – early 2008

*note: This schedule was revised due to associated work required in update the Travel Demand Model. This update required new 2005 population estimates and associated data (traffic counts, employment data, etc.) be collected and the model to be recalibrated. After this new forecasts developed and incorporated into the LRTP. This schedule will be updated as each task is completed.
