Executive Board
JOHNSON City MTPO Executive Board Membership
The Johnson City MTPO Executive Board shall be composed of principal elected officials of governmental jurisdictions participating in the Johnson City Urban Area transportation planning process. The following officials shall constitute the Executive Board membership:
- State of Tennessee: Governor (Governor Phil Bredesen)
- City of Johnson City: Mayor (David P. Roe)
- City of Elizabethton: Mayor (Curt Alexander)
- Town of Jonesborough: Mayor (Tobie Bledsoe)
- Washington County: County Executive (George Jaynes)
- Carter County: County Executive (Johnny Holder)
- Town of Unicoi: Mayor (Johnny Lynch)
